This is a bridge over the Yampa River; it is the place I come to when life is too much for me to handle. I come here after a fight with my parents, after a stressful day of school, or after a frustrating volleyball practice. I stand and look over the water, the sound kind of soothes me so I calm down a bit and can reflect on my problems. Since Routt County is full of gossipers, rumors are often spread and can cause distress. As a teen in Routt County, life can be quite a handful and taking a break to relax is sometimes all it takes to rejuvenate me for more of life's stresses.
