Under 21 - - Youth & Teens>Youth Resources 6-12>Routt County 4-H>Junior Leadership

Routt County Junior Leadership Program
Routt County Youth age 14-18 learn to be leaders in their community through particpating in the Junior Leader Program.

Junior leaders host a leadership camp for youth age 8-10, and assist with all the 4-H activities in the county.

COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS
1. Participate in 8 monthly meetings
2. Interview at Exhibit Day
3. Organize and Host 4-H Fun Day
4. Attend at least one out-of-county 4-H function (i.e., Leadership Development Conference, State Conference, District Retreat etc.)
5. Organize Fun Activities at Fair
6. Serve and assist with Exhibit day and Fair and Junior Superintendents
7. Have Fun
Junior Leadership is a non-formal group of Senior 4-H members (14 years or older). The goal of the group is to learn and improve leadership skills, mentor and act as role models for younger 4-H members.
