Alternative parking regulations are presented for discussion.
In 1999, Charlier & Associates suggested a broader system of parking regulations, adding 1 hour and 3 hour zones.
A paid parking alternative adds $1.00 per hour parking on Lincoln Avenue in the heart of downtown.

Steamboat Springs Transit bus stops through the downtown are not ideally spaced. SST would like to move most bus stops "downstream" of intersections and eliminate some existing stops while adding new ones. Please let us know if this plan would help or hinder you.
