"The purpose is to define Historic Preservation, identify why it is important and how to encourage, promote and implement it.

We have implemented regulations and incentives to ensure such preservation in perpetuity, and inventoried all known properties and taken necessary steps to compile, preserve and disseminate information regarding our history.
