The new Tracks and Trails Museum is located on 129 East Main Street in the old Oak Creek Town Hall (1927) in the heart of Oak Creek, Colorado.
The Routt County Museum and Heritage Fund (the Fund) provides a Capacity Building Program (the Program) to improve the quality of services provided and expand the capacity of the museum and historic preservation entities in Routt County.

Once the bank for the thriving agricultural center of Yampa, the building at the corner of 1st and Main is now the Yampa Museum. It houses and displays artifacts from the community's past in an exhibit room, a small addition and the bank vault.
