Diabetes Discussion Group

The Diabetes Discussion Group is for anyone who has or is interested in diabetes (type 1, type 2 and gestational diabetes).

Meetings are every other month in the Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurses Association lobby in the Yampa Valley Medical Office Building. Dates/time/topic are posted in the Happenings section of the Steamboat Today or by contacting the Facilitator.

Quit Smoking Support

The Quitline is a telephone program that can help you quit smoking or quit using other tobacco products such as cigars or chewing tobacco. It is a toll-free service that connects you with trained counselors who can guide and support you through the quitting process. The Quitline is funded by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
