The Routt County Economic Development Cooperative (RCEDC) mission is:
To facilitate the growth, diversification and stability of Routt County's economy primarily through the practice of "Economic Gardening" as an economic development strategy that supports and fosters a culture of entrepreneurship.

Mission Statement:

It is the purpose of this group of business leaders, organizations, and community members to promote, and to keep viable, the businesses in Hayden.
