The Lift-UP of Routt County is available for low income residents.
Mission: Lift-Up's mission is to fulfill the Judaeo-Christian tradition of ministry to those in need, providing charitable assistance for needs created by unemployment and poverty. It is our goal to work with other community organizations in response to human need, and to promote a sense of self-respect and responsibility.
Lift-Up of Routt County offers temporary, emergency assistance through the Food Bank, Community Care Fund, Community Thrift Store, USDA food commodity distribution and Community Garden.
