What are the chances of the Rec. Center going over Budget?
- The actual construction cost of the facility is between $22-24 million. A 30% "Steamboat Factor" has been added on as a cushion to cover inflation or any rising consturction costs.
- Of the 16 facilities Barker Rinker Seacat Architecture has completed in the past six years, three have been over budget(with the most by 6.7%), four have been at budget, nine have been under budget(with one at 21.4%).
