The Steamboat Tennis Association (STA) promotes tennis in Routt and Moffat Counties for players of all ages and abilities. STA is a nonporfit organization comprised of a volunteer board of directors and its members. All of the money raised through membership dues and fundraisers are reinvested into tennis events and projects in the Yampa Valley.








STA is the primary source of funding for junior tennis in the Yampa Valley. Your membership dollars fund scholarships for junior players between the ages of 5 and 18.

STA sponsors and hosts junior tennis tournaments and other events.

STA provides the majority of funding for the boys and girls Steamboat Springs High School Tennis Teams. Support from the STA covers coaches' salaries and travel expenses, court fees and other team expenses.

STA hosts Tournaments and Special Events.

Benefits of Membership: Discounted entry fees for tennis tournaments and social events hosted by STA, supplemental accident insurance underwritten by Conseco Insureanc Company which can be purchased at the STA group rate, and a logo decal, which can be displayed to show your support of Tennis in the Yampa Valley.
