Where would a new recreation center be built?
- The Ski Town property is currently owned by the City of Steamboat Springs and therefore will alleviate the financial burden of purchasing property for the construction of this facility
- Ski Town Ball Fields located adjacent to the Tennis Center
- This City-owned site will allow for the development of a 20,000 square foot skate park which has already obtained the necessary funding to construct
- A future Field House could be phased in a later date.
- There will be a high level of recreational synergy at this site with the adjacent Tennis Center and Ski Base Area
