Overlook Preserve Subdivision
|
Citizens living in Glacier Ridge and The Ranch in Steamboat Springs were concerned about the proposed Overlook Preserve Subdivision. The visual impacts of the proposed development would encroach into areas previous approvals showed as open space associated with building setbacks.
These concerned citizens hired CommunityViz Professional Services Group to create a visualization of the existing and proposed development. These images were used in the City Council Hearing. The images depicted existing conditions, developer proposal and the neighborhood preference.
