The house at 325 West Grandview in Oak Creek is known as the Mine Superintendent’s House. Contractors for the Victor American Fuel Company built it in 1914. It sits high above the town in the area near the former Victor American Mine tipple.

This square shaped wooden Victorian has a wrap around porch, which extends around the front of the house. There are brick and wood pillars placed around the porch. Currently the house has lap siding with a brick bottom. A green metal gabled roof tops off the house. The gables are sided with wooden shingles. Inside are many large rooms including a dining room that former owners used for parties, a sizeable kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace. br
