Methodist Church
|
The Methodist Church was constructed in 1912 due to the fact that the services were previously being held at the Pallis School House. The school was getting too small because more families were calling Oak Creek home. The church was called “the little white church on the hill” and was dedicated with 300 people attending.

Many donations were received to build the bell tower on the new church. It was named the Jubilee Bell since it was finished just prior to the town's 60th jubilee celebration in 1967.
Information gathered with the help of Mike Yurich of the Historical Society of Oak Creek & Phippsburg by Brianna & Mariaha at Soroco High School, May 2004.
