- The focus of this tour is on the historic buildings and early settlers of Steamboat Springs
- This tour will teach people about characters and influential pioneers such as Carl Howelsen, Margaret Crawford, and Doc Willett
- The tour will walk past many historic buildings on Lincoln Avenue including the Old Town Pub, the Pilot Building, and the Pioneer building and paint a picture about the unique history and importance of these buildings. The tour guide will show some historical photographs of these buildings.
