The Oak Creek Inn(Midland Hotel) has porches that face both Bell Avenue and Hiway 131. It has a metal gabled roof and lap siding and a square or rectangular shape.

Back in the mid 1900s the Midland Hotel was a lot different than now. J.D. Reidy built the Midland to be a "sporting house" that was run by his wife Belle. In the 1950's Lulu Coryell ran a rest home for senior citizens at this site. Later Antionette Kelovich bought the building and converted the first floor into an apartment. In the 1970's she sold the building, and it was renamed The Oak Creek Inn.

Information gathered with the help of Mike Yurich of the Historical Society of Oak Creek & Phippsburg by Jeff & Daniel at Soroco High School, May 2004.
