This grave has not been physically located. It is shown on the USGS Quad Map for the Hahns Peak area. Research completed so far has not identified the grave. In an article first printed in the Steamboat Pilot, Nov. 5, 1913, it refers to the finding of an old grave in this area. It states that it was located on String Ridge, on the Ways Gulch slope. The two men that found it, William Leahy and H. T. Campbell, did some slight digging and found the remains of the head and foot boards marking the grave. It states that the grave was only a few hundred yards from the old cabin of the late Dave Miller, who had come to this area 40 years before, but that he had never mentioned it.
