Volunteers Needed
The Museum is run largely by the generous contribution of over 4000 volunteer hours per year. Volunteering at the Museum provides the opportunity to get involved in the community and our history.

The museum depends on nearly 40 volunteers to help with a variety of events and activities that need the extra hands. Some volunteers work at the front desk or help out with the installations of the exhibits. Others assist in our research center archive, collect oral histories or help with maintenance with our three historic buildings.

Whatever is your area of expertise (and enjoyment), we have a need for your help!

If you have an interest in learning more about our heritage and getting involved with the museum please call our Volunteer Coordinator, Gail Hanley at 879-2144.
We hope to see you at the Museum soon!
