Steamboat Springs has a 7,700 square foot skate park located by Howelsen Hill that offers a 6 foot halfpipe, grind rail, fun box, 4-4 foot quarter pipes and a pyramid.

In addition, a new skate park, completed in the Fall of 2009, should only improve the skate scene in Steamboat Springs. The new 9,000 sq ft park will be a nice new addition, updating many of the older rails and pipes. For more information see the Steamboat Pilot article discussing its completion.
