With support from the community, the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club each year organizes and delivers the Winter Carnival to the community. There are many sponsors for the various events through out the week.

Any remaining proceeds from the Winter Carnival Button sales that are conducted throughout the week are given back to the club to help support the young athletes of the Steamboat Winter Sports Club.
