Second grade students at Hayden Valley Elementary School created an alphabet book depicting local mammals, historical figures, physical characteristics, resources, community changes and current points of interest to the Hayden community. Students researched, took pictures, wrote narratives and then printed, bound and distributed the books. This project was supported by a grant from the Legacy Education Foundation.
