Summer days can get long and boring in Routt County. When I am not riding my horse, working, boating, or playing in the sun I usually go to the Maze in Steamboat to visit friends. The Maze, although covered with snow in this picture, is a place where my friends can go and hang out. I think I improved my speed through the maze by at least 5 minutes over last summer. The Maze is also a central meeting place to go out for the night. We usually leave some cars in the parking lot when we carpool to go camping. Since a few of my friends work here in the summer, it is a good place to hang out. The Maze is a great summer hang out.
