Fox Creek Village is a deed restricted condominium community on Hilltop Drive off U.S. Route 40 in Steamboat Springs. The complex consists of five buildings, with six two-bedroom, two-bath condos, each just over 1,000 square feet. All units come fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a compact washer/dryer combination.

Construction of the Fox Creek Village project is done! The project was built by Drahota Development, LLC, with a construction loan from Wells Fargo Bank. Our final unit closed on April 26, 2007! Congratulations to all Fox Creek owners!!!

Note to Future Owners

Future owners must show compliance with the qualification requirements before they are approved for a unit. These requirements include Routt County residency and employment, in addition to specific income and asset limitations. Call for more information.
