The Hillside Village Apartments is a rent subsidized apartment community with 36 two-bedroom and 19 one-bedroom units. The apartment complex is managed by YVHA through a grant from the USDA Rural Development program.

Application Information

Prospective tenants must submit an application to be considered for occupancy. Applicants must demonstrate that they have sufficient means to pay their portion of the rent. Once determined eligible, applicants will be selected according to income levels. The Property Manager maintains a waiting list when all the apartments are occupied.

Rental Assistance may be available for very low and low income applicants under regulations administered by the USDA Rural Development. The Hillside Village Apartments is an equal housing opportunity community.
