Early Intervention is a play-based program for children birth to three years of age. Services offered through Early Intervention include free developmental screenings and locally based family oriented therapy to children identified with developmental delays.  Because the first three years of life are a critical window for development, Early Intervention has a significant impact on future services and support needs.  Horizons offers professional developmental therapists who help parents encourage motor, language and cognitive development through play.  After all, children learn through play!
