Each summer, at the annual Art in the Park celebration sponsored by the Steamboat Springs Arts Council, the Steamboat African Dance & Drum Ensemble performs some of the traditional dances we have learned from our esteemed African teachers. The free performance is on the grass in front of the stage at Elk Park, on the west end of downtown Steamboat Springs.
