With the blue A button on the text box toolbar, you have the ability to create some very interesting text using block properties. You can:
  • Position your text almost anywhere on the page.
  • Create colorful backgrounds, borders, and text.

In 1998 the City of Steamboat Springs began to pursue the remodel and building of a new Citizens Hall and public office building in the Old Carver Power Plant located on 10th Street. By 2000, the building had been funded, remodeled and in December of 2000 opened to the public. One of the goals of the building was that it would be a place where the public would want to come to gather and participate in many different ways. A state of the art public hearing room, a City Cafe and a Citizens Resource Center were outlined.

Formula = This one is tricky, but elegant. You must first create a table with one row and 2 cells. Within each cell we place the text and then we use the Blue A button to format the text, background color, and border. A margin is not used because the table already keeps us in line with the image.
